We are currently seeking a CRO & Data Specialist on behalf of our client, a fast-growing company operating in the digital marketing and performance-driven growth space.
This role focuses on analyzing user journeys, building data-driven hypotheses, and turning complex data sets into actionable insights that drive conversion and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analyses using tools such as Google Analytics 4 or Clarity to identify bottlenecks in the user journey.
Build data-driven A/B test hypotheses and manage the testing process end-to-end.
Analyze test results and report on the reasons behind winning variations and their business impact.
Create user segmentations and support personalization projects.
Requirements
Proficient or able to quickly ramp up in Google Analytics (GA4), Adjust, and GTM.
Curious by nature — never tired of asking "Why?", with genuine interest in user psychology and digital marketing trends.
Basic knowledge of optimization tools such as VWO, Optimizely, or GTM is a plus; willingness to learn is what matters most.
Able to focus not just on "what happened?" but on "why did it happen and how can we improve?"
Capable of extracting meaningful stories from complex data sets.
