Head of Marketing Operations

We are currently seeking a Head of Marketing Operations on behalf of our client, a fast-growing company operating in the digital marketing and performance-driven growth space.

This role will lead and coordinate all digital marketing, performance, and growth-related departments. The position focuses on building strong operational systems, managing high-performing teams, and ensuring strategic alignment between marketing, sales, agencies, and external partners.


 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage performance marketing, growth, analytics, and media buying teams.

  • Establish and improve operational processes across digital marketing and e-commerce functions.

  • Oversee app install and user acquisition strategies in collaboration with internal teams and agencies.

  • Manage partnerships with major platforms such as Google and Meta, including partner programs and joint initiatives.

  • Supervise advanced analytics, performance reporting, and optimization frameworks.

  • Coordinate cross-department projects involving marketing, sales, agencies, and external stakeholders.

  • Represent the company in high-level partner and client meetings (e.g., enterprise app install and growth projects).

  • Manage and monitor large-scale marketing and media budgets.

  • Ensure alignment between brand, e-commerce, performance, and growth teams.

  • Lead project management activities for major marketing and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and vendor agreements when required.

  • Support business development and sales teams in strategic marketing partnerships.

  • Drive continuous improvement through structured performance reviews and KPI management.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce leadership roles.

  • Strong background in brand-side and/or agency-side e-commerce and mobile marketing.

  • Proven experience in managing Google and Meta partner programs and strategic collaborations.

  • Advanced knowledge of performance marketing analytics, attribution systems, and data-driven decision making.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage cross-functional departments.

  • Solid experience in project management and operational system building.

  • Experience working with enterprise clients and high-level corporate stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of commercial agreements, vendor management, and contract renewal processes.

  • Strategic mindset combined with strong analytical and operational discipline.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent in English.
