Job Description

Managing payroll and personnel affairs in compliance with Turkish labor and social security regulations,
Handling employee entry–exit, leave, absence, and disciplinary records,
Preparing and checking monthly payroll reports, attendance, and related documentation,
Maintaining up-to-date employee records on HR platforms,
Supporting other HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, and training when needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in relevant departments,
Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll and personnel affairs,
Fluent in English (both written and spoken),
Good command of MS Office programs (especially Excel),
Knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and Social Security practices,
Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized,
Strong communication and teamwork skills,
Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul.
