Our clients are not only companies but also candidates are among our most valuable stakeholders. Therefore, in order to accurately understand their needs and clearly present the company's profile, we conduct a detailed SWOT analysis before starting the process. This process allows us to understand the company's strengths and needs while aiming to reflect the company in the best possible way to both candidates and the process from the very beginning.

Ensuring the candidates' compatibility with the company from the very beginning is one of the fundamental cornerstones of the process. Therefore, during the interview stage, we make detailed competency measurements to make the process as efficient as possible. Depending on the needs of our clients, we also integrate supportive measurement tools such as technical tests, personality inventories, case studies, assessment center applications, and foreign language tests into the process. This way, we meticulously analyze the alignment between the candidate's competencies and the requirements of the position.

Maximizing Candidate and Customer Experience

After the candidate's placement, we regularly monitor the satisfaction of both the candidate and our client. Upon request, we provide support for onboarding processes and gather feedback from both sides through surveys in the 2nd and 6th months after placement. This way, we continuously improve the quality of the process and take the experience of both the candidate and the client to the highest level.
